Stuff

Just a few pics from around and about the house. I got one of Alessandra's beautiful cloud pillows recently. I am also making a postcard wall, with bits of Maisie's art and things (things being postcards)! The sunlight in my bedroom is beautiful this afternoon, and I have new slippers and shoes (slightly scuffed already, and ignore my lovely green socks)! What is making you happy today?

  2. Lovely stuff! Love your new slippers & your postcard wall.
Today the mailman made me smile with a vintage postcard, my oldest son with his new game (something with a dog...) & my youngest with his funny talk.
And the fact that I actually had some time to finish a little project!

  10. I came across because of the blue woolen cloud thumbnail in my side bar and i wondered what had been made from a blanket as I use them too for my clothing, but then I saw your SLIPPERS! I am now wondering if my machine will sew through fabric and fur to try to make some of these for winter? You never know until you try hey?

  14. What great images Kerry. I love the "Art Wall", especially the little morse code piece - very cute! I think I need a cloud. the little embroidered house on it is just such a lovely detail.

Hope you are travelling well this week,
    Stephie x

  15. It's funny how they don't look like they came from the same place but have an artistic cohesiveness to them... you know what I mean right? It's like prettiness x 5 :D

  24. Thank you, Kerry!
Estonian women are tough and calm, good birth givers ;) I wonder how did the staff react there, when she arrived, almost fully opened and saying she doesn't need any painkillers. panic? :D

  25. Hello Kerry, I love your new slippers AND the green socks: No wonder these things make you happy. AND another thing: both our babies are turning one so soon!! Time is flying isn't it? Are you planning a big party? We keep it small, only the grandparents are invited so far. Best Julia
