Monki Madness

Stopping by on a Sunday. Hi! Yes, I have gone slightly Monki-mad. I was extremely excited to learn that the first UK Monki store is now open within Selfridges in London. It’s my birthday soon, so if I receive any gifts of the ‘pound' variety, I am there! Oh, but I want everything I have posted here; which means I will need a lot of pounds.....hmph!

For any male readers out there (Rob)? I’m sorry if this is a super boring post for you, but I had to indulge in a bit of Monki time. Likewise, to any ladies that may hate my style!

I hope you’re having nice weekends.

  3. Yes, it's such a great store! I can hardly go in there without coming out with a little colourful bag... I was so happy when they opened here in Stavanger last year, had only seen them in Sweden before.

  7. I saw you'd pinned that anorak, and went, 'that's for me!'. How exciting that Selfridges are going to be selling the range. I'll have to book the train to London!

  15. Wow! Wish I had known about Monki last week when we spent a week in Denmark - Oh well, will just have to get myself down to Selfridges sharpish!

Btw had a funny moment a couple of weeks ago when you walked past me on Columbia Road - I did that thing where I couldn't place you initially and probably looked at you in a very weird way - apologies! By the time I worked out how I recognized you, you were gone - next time I will say hello properly!

  16. Rebecca, you should have said hi! It would be lovely to meet you :)

Yes, that would have been me a couple of weeks ago. I didn’t notice any weird looks...I usually walk around in a daze with an oblivious frown on my face anyway! Hope our paths cross again ;)
