Devonia

Hello all! We have just returned from a short Devon trip, where as you can see we spent time by the sea. Beginning with beautiful blue skies and warm sunshine and ending with blustery, chilly winds - that’s how it goes! Maisie and Bertie had a great time. It was nice to get some fresh air and exercise - and see my family of course. I took these pics with my Iphone as we had so much to carry, my big DSLR was a bit too hefty.

Good to be home - but lots of work to do! And I mean lots!

Goodbye for now ♡

  1. Great shots! Sometimes it's more fun to snap shots with your Iphone than with the DSLR :) The shots turn out more spontaneous!

  6. Great shots. Sometimes these iphones capture the moment so much better than our 'proper' cameras. That shot of the beach huts is stunning. Glad you had a nice time. Jude xx

  10. Lovely images, wonderful to be in Devon when the sun is shining. I know my kids would love to jump on that trampoline too - if only our garden in London was big enough! x

    1. It really was nice - yes, he had much fun on the trampoline - sunken ones are great, but I’m not keen on the big ones (daughter had an accident on one once, so it’s put me off them!)

  16. I went to Devon for the first time last September. It was me andmy fella's (dating) anniversary, so I took him to the River Cottage Canteen for a surprise treat. Devon is beautiful - I'd definitely go again!

Beautiful Devon, we had to come back earlier from our camping trip there, such a shame the "weather gods" were so moody!
