All That Remains...

...is me, sipping a Starbucks coffee. Sadly, almost a whole roll of film (albeit this one and a couple of blurry ones) that we took over Christmas didn't come out. Boooo. We had a feeling it would be the case....hooray for digital! It's still disappointing though. There were pictures of Maisie and I ice skating at the Tower Of London on Christmas eve. I was really looking forward to seeing those. This photo was taken after the ice skating....some nice cake was involved too. Not all bad I guess.

  2. Sadly the charm of analogue photographing sometimes turns bad. I just had a role developed I shot on a very sunny day. But the seventies-camera couldn't work with the sun at all and the photo's got blurry and white, not at all what I expected. I kind of like the effect it gives. The thing with people and cozy situations, is that you cannot shoot it twice. That's a real bummer.

I do really like this shot of you though!!

  3. It's a great picture though Kerry! What a shame about the rest, I took some on my Blackbird fly yesterday, I already know before they're developed that I could of put the cost of the film to better use!

  7. Oh dear, but how come?!

I just got my second roll of film on Vivitar developed today and I'm really excited to get my two rolls on the Golden Half developed soon. I'm quite concerned with how my Golden Half pictures are going to turn out!

  9. What bad luck :(
But some things should just keep in mind, written in our memories, not printed on celluloid - I guess that's one of those :)

  10. Shame that those images didn't turn out well - good thing you had this lovely picture though.....

Perhaps you could make a scrapbook like page to commemorate that day?

  13. Wow! This photo is really arthouse, Kerry. Shame about the skating photos. We went outdoor ice skating at the Natural History Museum the xmas before last... so much fun. I love the things you can do at xmas time in the Northern Hemisphere :) Kx

  15. We had a roll of diana film like that... where almost nothing came out. It was so disappointing especially when you know what photos should have been there! Good coffee pic though.
