Howdy! How are you doing? Did you have a nice weekend? After a crazy week, the weekend turned out to be a lovely one. Sunshine, a trip to the park to see the deer, a home date night with the husband (I tore myself away from working for a change - doesn’t happen very often....poor, neglected husband!) On Sunday morning, Bertie got straight to work with his lego, or ‘wego’ as he calls it!
What I was mostly doing last week......I have been one of those people that are really annoying to stand behind in the post office! All good though of course!
Dan treated himself to some nice coffee from Monmouth. I always like packaging more than the coffee. Not the biggest coffee drinker, me.
And we had a Sunday muffin delivered by some nice people on bikes. This was our third time. If you want to know what that’s all about, go here! Maybe you could enter yourself, if you’re a Londoner! It’s nothing rude, in case you think I’m directing you to some dodgy site once you’ve clicked on the link!!
Have a nice day - I hope it’s a sunny one :) ♡
Funnily enough, i was in the Post Office last week and i was thinking 'I'm glad i'm not behind Kerry with all her tape parcels'!!
ReplyDeleteThat muffin website made me giggle!
Haha, yes, I was annoying a few people last week. It’s calmed down now! Yes, the ‘muff’ site is a good’n!
DeleteThat sounds so lovely! Glad you had such a wonderful weekend Kerry. It was chaos here but I won't bore you with that ;) So nice to read about this. Kx
ReplyDeletep.s. love the wego! :)
Thanks Kylie :) I know you’ve been extremely busy!! And you’re never boring! Yes, we hope the ‘wego’ stays for a while. Much better than ‘lego’ !
DeleteGosh you have been very busy with all that packaging up! The weekend was so glorious with all those blue skies.
ReplyDeleteHi Kate, yes, just a bit. Things have calmed down for the minute, which is nice! Oh yes, such glorious skies. I felt full of spring hope! not so nice today though :(
Delete'wego'! cute!
ReplyDeletemy hubbie is a big coffee drinking - i'm off to have a look at that company xx
Mine is too. monmouth do make lovely coffee, but it’s quite pricey, so more of a treat really! Check them out if you’re ever in London :)
Deletehey there kerry, my tape package arrived, hipee just in time to wrap up my father in laws birthday presents..if i get any new 'lovely things' i have to bring them with me everywhere to keep my company so i can look at them....you know the way it is..my oldest boy had sore arms recently, lego arm strain from a marathon lego 3 day fest with his friends..hail to wego i say.
ReplyDeleteOooh yay, great new Fran. I hope your father in law likes his triangles! I can foresee 3 day wego-fests ahead, going by how much he loves it now! Take care x

DeleteWowsers! Lots of packages. That's great news!
ReplyDeleteI loved monmouth coffee when I lived in London – but not as much as Flat White in soho – I think I spent half my time there! (Followed by a cheeky pint at John Snow).
Glad to hear you had a happy weekend. xx
Thanks Anna ;) I didn’t know you lived in London once upon a time! Have I missed that somewhere along the way?! Hope you’re well xx
