I failed miserably in my attempts at making Bertie a scarf.
It is particularly cold here at the moment, and I am always wearing
mine (even indoors). Feeling rather bad for taking Bertie outside
scarf-less, I caved in and bought this lovely Bobo Choses one in the sale. Soft, cosy and warm....perfect. Bertie is taking this scarf-wearing lark pretty seriously, as you can see!
:D so cute awwwwwww!
ReplyDeleteIt's cute! I mean, we can't have that little cute face frozen! But don't give up on yours though. Keep at it...for next season! :-)
ReplyDeleteI like that scarf, and the cute face it's wrapped around. Snug as a bug in a rug.
ReplyDeleteBertie is a pretty looking young man with that scarf. What a cute scarf.
ReplyDeleteAnd is that by the way the bag? It looks way better real life..
Thanks everyone!
ReplyDeleteI will still try and get the scarf finished...for next season!
Yes, that is THE bag Anna! Yes, it's much better in the flesh!

ReplyDeletebertie you look adorable! and so very cosy amongst the woollen rainclouds. you can't beat wearing scarves these days. hopefully we may not need so very many layers if spring hurries up and joins us...we are a scarves-indoors household too! i am making elsa lots of little snoods out of old thin jumpers these days. happy february kerry! x

ReplyDeleteSo gorgeous :) Kx
ReplyDeleteIt looks like the scarf was made just for him - so lovely!
ReplyDeleteBertie means business! Cute as a button, as always. And the shot of the satchel is perfect. P.S>so good to hear you received the little card. A Paris trip this year sounds excellent, and you're super close too. I'm a little jealous. Wish I could visit when it's warmer and with more greenery in the city. Next stop for me, though, London!
ReplyDeleteLove the scarf and most of the other Bobo Choses stuff too! Keep nice and warm, greetings from Berlin!
ReplyDeletei'm a hopeless knitter also.
ReplyDeletei hope bertie is feeling better and you get a better night sleep.
ummm your bag is GORGEOUS (where please?) - oh so's your Bertie too ;)
ReplyDeleteas a VERY amateur knitter, i have a tip for you! i was pottering over a scarf for my self with some nice wool that is fairly fine, knitting a few rows before bed at night, slowly slowly growing... then i saw some really cool chunky wool, so i bought it and some 10mm needles and ended up finishing a whole wide, chunky scarf in 3 hours! if you want the satisfaction of finishing something, try chunky! i still haven't finished the original scarf!
ReplyDeleteI love that bag (or perhaps it should be called a satchel?) I have one similar from The Sak, but I think maybe I love yours a little more. :) Good taste.
