Keeping Warm

I failed miserably in my attempts at making Bertie a scarf. It is particularly cold here at the moment, and I am always wearing mine (even indoors). Feeling rather bad for taking Bertie outside scarf-less, I caved in and bought this lovely Bobo Choses one in the sale. Soft, cosy and warm....perfect. Bertie is taking this scarf-wearing lark pretty seriously, as you can see!

  22. Bertie means business! Cute as a button, as always. And the shot of the satchel is perfect. P.S>so good to hear you received the little card. A Paris trip this year sounds excellent, and you're super close too. I'm a little jealous. Wish I could visit when it's warmer and with more greenery in the city. Next stop for me, though, London!

  26. as a VERY amateur knitter, i have a tip for you! i was pottering over a scarf for my self with some nice wool that is fairly fine, knitting a few rows before bed at night, slowly slowly growing... then i saw some really cool chunky wool, so i bought it and some 10mm needles and ended up finishing a whole wide, chunky scarf in 3 hours! if you want the satisfaction of finishing something, try chunky! i still haven't finished the original scarf!

  27. I love that bag (or perhaps it should be called a satchel?) I have one similar from The Sak, but I think maybe I love yours a little more. :) Good taste.
